Bede Constantinides PhD

I am a senior computational biologist at the University of Oxford interested in scalable bioinformatics for pathogen genomics. My current work focuses on developing methods to quickly, accurately, and securely analyse genomic sequence data for pathogens including SARS-CoV-2 and Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
